Record Entry for Hereford Cider Awards

There was a record entry for this year's International Cider & Perry Competition organised by the Hereford Cider Museum.
As its prestige grows the competition continues to attract more entries and this year 35 Cidermakers from throughout the United Kingdom, Canada and the USA, exhibited a total of 120 entries.
The overall champion was Once Upon A Tree Ltd from Ledbury for their entry in the Single Variety Cider class. Judges were Bob Chaplin of Gaymer Cider Co, Peter Mitchell of Mitchell F&D Ltd, Worcestershire and Patrick Shave of the Hop Pocket Wine Company Ltd, Herefordshire.
